So we will be making a wonderful Worldwide map of Billys'a fans for his big 40th up coming birthday! If you would like to be involved, please keep reading for instructions and feel free to ask any questions!

By a vote of 10 to 2, the color map has won out. Please go to THIS SITE and find a map of the country you live in, print it out on standard letter size paper, decorate it with your well wishes and your name and let Billy know where you live.

Then when you are finished, PM me and I will send you my address and I will collect them all. bind them all together to make a book and make a Birthday card for Billy from his fans from around the world!

I check just a couple maps and so far, most seem to be landscape (lengthwise). So keep that in mind, please! Please have your map returned to me by July 31st!!

One question, when I went to the country, it had maps of the citys in Canada. Is it okay to print the City out? or do you want just the country?

Its up to you really, if its a small city, you might want to do the country so Billy knows where you are, he may not know your city. Or you could print out the country and just pin point where you are on there and in your message, let him know what city if you like.

Hi Penny,
I printed mine out and it printed as it should to be folded into a card, but the way you describe what you are planning to do it sounds like you want them as full 8 1/2 x 11 inch pages. Which do you want? Folded or Unfolded? It will make a difference with the decorating

My printer has just totally shot it and I can't get ink for it now. Just hanging around to try and get a combo when I get the new laptop. I will have a look at work and see if we have a colour one anywhere. I am sure we have.

Okay...so I just printed off my map...sadly it's NOT nearly as colourful as what it shows in the site. Not sure if that's my printer or what? Oh well! Maybe THIS one is also running out of colour....

Anyway it's nice because as it does not take up the full page, it does leave lots of room for greetings and decorating, LOL!

Okay, so for the heck of it, I just printed it off with the printer that I THOUGHT was running out of coloured ink and IT is nice and colourful like the picture, so I will DEF. use that one!!

Well, my is approx. 2/3's the size of an 8 x 11 but like I said before, it does leave some room for b/day greetings and decorating etc. at the bottom which I think is just fine.

I had problems with the size of the USA map, so I just did the Florida map and added beach pics I'd taken. I think that'll get the idea across. :)

To get mine to print, I put everything in a PowerPoint slide so it was easier to manipulate the graphics and background, then I printed it. I also did a color copy at Office Depot (an 80% of original) so that there would be a white border for you if you needed some space to put the book together.
